    Excellence in Teaching


    In conjunction with Columbia Gas, Ohio Edison and the Springfield News-Sun, the Springfield Rotary Club recognizes outstanding teachers with a luncheon, newspaper publicity and a cash award.

    Student of the Month


    Each month a student is selected from a local high school or college to be a guest of the club. The student participates in all Rotary meetings and activities for the month. At the end of the month, the student shares insights gained from the experience with the Rotarians.

    Scholarships


    Each year, the Springfield Rotary Club provides a variety of scholarships to local students including C. L. Fox Scholarships (renewable for four years), Community Hospital School of Nursing Scholarships (renewable for two years), Junior Achievement Scholarship and Clark State Community College Scholarship for a handicapped student. Many of the scholarship funds are invested with the Springfield Foundation.
