Rotaract Mentoring Program

The Rotaract Club has initiated a pilot mentoring program the last three months of the 2008-2009 school year. Rotaract members were matched with Rotarians based on their majors and professional interests. It was a wonderful opportunity to match Wittenberg students, who are passionate about service, with Springfield Rotary members who serve as mentors and role models. Rotaract members are future Rotary members who will become leaders in their communities. The goal is for mentors to meet with their students on a regular basis to discuss their professional goals and for students to receive practical advice about the 'real' world from someone in their field of interest.
