We also assisted individuals in the amount of $1,410.83. Assistance included sign language books for a child with Downs Syndrome to learn signing, portable ramps for 2 adults with disabiilities, modified tryke for a child with CP to exercise leg muscles, materials to build a wheelchair ramp for a young adult with CP, a special double stroller for a single father with two small children ages 3 & 4 (a girl with CP who will have an operation this month to relieve pressure in her brain, and a son with a seizure condition who will have an operation this month to have his legs broken and re-set to help him walk better.
